We had a lovely romantic escape at this hotel. The beautiful and clean room was one of the best aspects. The location was also key, with everything a short drive away. We loved that the hotel was away from the main road, so it was quiet and peaceful. The hospitality was also exceptional, with our host going above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay.
We really didn't have any negative experiences during our stay. If we had to find something to critique, it would be that there wasn't a lot of dining options within walking distance.

The hotel was amazing! the location was perfect, close to the beach and many great restaurants. the rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. the pool was a real highlight, nice and clean with plenty of seating around it. the staff was also excellent and very helpful. It also had a beautiful yard where we spent lots of evenings relaxing.
Everything was perfect and we had a fantastic experience.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities were top-notch, featuring a beautiful pool and charming inside yard. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and kept immaculately clean. The staff paid attention to every detail, changing towels and bedsheets daily. Moreover, the location was perfect for exploring the city with easy transportation options available. We really appreciated the owner's exceptional hospitality, as he went out of his way to help us with great recommendations on places to visit and restaurants to dine in.
Everything is what we need and want.

The location of the hotel is amazing. It is right on the beach and it has an amazing view from the pool. the rooms are also quite comfortable with soft beds and beautifully designed bathrooms. complimentary snacks and drinks are provided in the rooms which is a nice touch.
The hotel's spa facilities are not up to the mark and need improvement.

The Seaton House in Rawai was an exceptional stay. Perfect facilities, clean rooms, complimentary snacks and drinks, and well-designed property. The owner's hospitality and helpfulness were second to none. Highly recommended.
